One of my favorite things to do as a photographer is scope out new places for photos. I had never been to the NC Museum of Art in Raleigh before, but it was such a treat to take in the beautiful landscapes with Ashley and James. We had so much fun on this session, which really reflected in their images. It's always a pleasure to hang out with a couple who is having fun and likes to laugh. I think the best part of it all was that we were literally surrounded by artwork, which made it feel like my images were becoming a part of the art itself.

That, and I feel like I have to mention - Ashley and James were such troopers in the -1,000 degree weather (or maybe it was more like 38 or 40? It felt COLD).
