For popular Saturdays, most couples book us 12 to 18 months out. Peak season dates fill quickly and we can only take on a limited number of weddings per weekend. If you are planning a Friday, Sunday, or weekday wedding, 6 to 12 months is typically plenty of time.

Great question, and we take it seriously. We have a dedicated team of talented photographers and videographers, and we are completely transparent about who will lead your day. You will know exactly who your lead photographer and videographer are before you sign a single thing. No surprises, ever.

We've got you covered on every front, and our backup plan is genuinely multi-tiered. First, we have a full team, so if one person is unexpectedly unable to shoot, we have colleagues ready to step in. Beyond that, we are active members of multiple professional photography organizations and have spent years building real friendships with other studio owners across the region. People we know, trust, and would invite to photograph our own milestones. If our entire team were somehow unable to be there, we have a network of hand-picked professionals we would call without hesitation.

As for gear, we bring backup upon backup upon backup. Spare camera bodies, lenses, flashes, and memory cards. If everything we were carrying on our person spontaneously combusted, there is a complete second set of everything in the bag.

We are also fully insured, which protects both us and you.

Your online gallery will be delivered in 6 weeks. We take the editing process seriously and every image is carefully reviewed and retouched, so we never rush delivery at the expense of quality. We think you'll find it was worth the wait.

Absolutely. Our listed collections are a great starting point, but we know every wedding is different. If you need more hours, a different combination of photo and video, or something we haven't listed, contact us for a custom quote. We are happy to build something that fits your day perfectly.

All the time. We regularly photograph weddings throughout North Carolina including Greensboro, Winston-Salem, High Point, Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill, Charlotte, Asheville, and beyond. Travel fees may apply for weddings outside a certain radius, but we are always happy to discuss it. We've even traveled out of state for couples who found us online, so don't let location stop you from reaching out.
