Stephanie & Prudvi: A Downtown Raleigh Wedding

Stephanie and Prudvi are a very special couple - it is surprisingly rare to find a couple that literally cannot stop smiling at each other. They are truly, unquestionably, absolutely best friends and partners in all that they do, and it was a pleasure to be a part of capturing this chapter in their love story. Caffe Luna in Downtown Raleigh was the perfect spot for Stephanie and Prudvi, with amazing natural light, delicious food, and plenty of space to dance, mingle, and enjoy the company of their guests. 

It's one thing to be filled with joy on your wedding day, but it's another thing entirely to radiate that joy and project it outward with such strength that it literally lights up the room. My absolute favorite moment from this event was Stephanie and Prudvi's "first look" before the ceremony. His reaction was absolutely priceless and heartfelt, and it was one of those moments that will stick with me for a long time after. I'm trying to find the right words to describe the look on his face, and the closest I can get is "awestruck admiration." 

The ceremony was definitely unique to this couple, and included several quotes that they felt described the nature of their romance and their lives together, as well as a few words from friend and officiant, Tyler. Following their ceremony, the guests were smoothly transitioned to cocktail hour, while the happy couple, along with their family and wedding party, spent some time taking a few portraits. Something worth noting: this is where a great planner comes into play. Tara from Premier Party Planners worked so well with her team and all of the vendors to keep everything running seamlessly, so everything felt absolutely flawless to the couple and their guests. The reception was delightful (and delicious), featuring an amazing variety of dishes that would tantalize any foodie. And the dancing that followed? So much fun thanks to Jonny from Stylus Events!

I'm so grateful I had the opportunity to be a part of Stephanie and Prudvi's special day. Congratulations to the happy couple!
