Mia and Travis are a really special couple for me in that we just "clicked" from the moment we met at a wedding showcase. They were a pair of people that I knew I would enjoy getting to know and spending time with. One of the most special things about their relationship and their character as people is their unending supply of positivity, perseverance, and kindness. I felt honored and privileged to capture their love story.

Despite crutches and a boot, Travis was an absolute champion on his wedding day - he was determined to stand to meet his bride, share their first dance, and share a special dance with his mother. Mia was an absolute joy to photograph, filled with smiles and excitement. Together, the love they share for one another was apparent. The ceremony was a beautiful & heartfelt "unplugged ceremony," which I absolutely love because it encourages all in attendance to be fully present in the moment. The party was definitely an awesome time, full of dancing, laughter, and delicious cupcakes. My favorite moment of the evening (other than the first dance which may or may not have made me tear up a little), was definitely the sparkler sendoff - even at the end of the evening, many friends and family were still present to celebrate this amazing couple with so much energy and excitement, and they are truly deserving of a celebration.
