Dannelle & Timothy: A Fall Engagement Session at Duke Gardens

One of the best things about an engagement session is the opportunity to get comfortable in front of the camera, and to get used to taking direction from your photographer. Dannelle & Timothy were so natural in front of the camera that they didn't require much direction, and their very real chemistry was able to make nice pictures into stunning images - so it was a pleasure to capture this part of their love story. 

Duke Gardens in Durham is an exceptional location for photo sessions because of its year round beauty, variety, and colors. Everywhere we walked we were greeted by beautiful fall tones and great architectural elements. I think my favorite spot is the terraces in the historic gardens, but there are so many beautiful spots that it's difficult to pick just one.
